This page consists of all the Motion capture projects I have created throughout my 3 years of university.
2024
In this group project, we utilized Meta human, a live virtual production. We created our own scripts and used photogrammetry to scan face data and create a meta human. In this project I was the face model of the group and I was also a part of creating the 3D Environment. After filming the shots we individually edited the final products with different endings.
2023 Sem 2
In this project, we were introduced to the process of producing and retargetting performance capture data on a CG character. We focused on facial performance along with body. We utilized softwares such as Faceware Analyzer. We were all given a seperate section from a pre-filmed data.
2023 Sem 1
In this project, we learned about visualizing motion and developing practical and conceptual skills for exploring a range of experimental visualisations for motion capture data. Focusing on utilizing 3D dynamic and simulation effects. We learned about Bitfrost Fluid Simulations etc. We were also required to make a blog for this project.
2022
As this was our first project in the Motion Capture minor, they taught us about the technical and creative pipelines for full body MoCap for a previsualisation sequence.
